Successful business owner looking for someone to train me to become a coach.
I have been a marketing consultant for about 20 years, I am a professor, published writer, and own a multi-million dollar business.
I would love to transition out of consulting into pure coaching - both business and possibly life coaching (and possibly sell my business as well to focus on coaching exclusively). I have also given about 200 speeches (very few for a fee) and lecture regularly at a university (yes, for a fee). Would love to start speaking at conferences, groups, etc.
I have 20 years of personal development work under my belt and frankly, whenever I speak to any of the coaching orgs or take some of their classes I feel they are lacking. I think I am almost there, but need a system to plug into to help my clients and a coach to help me
1. systemize getting new clients
2. give me tool to help coach clients - I need to know what works.
3. and yes, coach me so that I stay focused on my goals.
4. what else?
I would rather work with someone 1-2x a month than listen in on classes that move too slowly for me.

1. An accomplished coach with a proven track record.
2. Intellectual but with an open heart.
3. Hopefully more accomplished than me.
